Ab Lab: This is an abdominal and back focused strength training class. Learn how to make you trunk “functionally fit” with stability balls, medicine balls and weights.
Ai Chi: A breathing and movement, chi-based, martial art practiced in warm water. A slow, meditative, yet potent exercise helps you focus and direct chi within your body. If you are looking for stress relief with increased range of motion, you will be amazed. The simple movement of Ai Chi makes it accessible to all levels. Discover the powerful ease of Ai Chi and the amazing contribution of movement and breathing to over-all health.
Am Mat Pilates: Come join us for the best core workout of your life. The entire body is involved in this workout that improves strength and tone in abdominal and back muscles, increases range of motion, and prevents injuries. Focusing on posture and body awareness will allow you to see improvements inflexibility and balance. This class is great for all activity levels, whether you are a runner, swimmer, or just like the occasional bike ride, you'll find Pilates a great compliment to your current routine.
Am Yoga: This class takes yoga poses and links them together in a traditional flow style. It is a mix of Iyengar and Vinyasa flow. Start your day with a feeling of well being and clarity.
Aqua Fit: A great non-impact class to compliment your current workout regime. This joint friendly format is great for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or people just looking to get off the treadmill for a day of “joint healing.”
Ashtanga Yoga: A form of yoga that focuses on synchronizing one breath and movement. During class we perform a series of standing and seated postures, remaining in those postures for approximately 45-60 seconds. Every posture has a modified version for those who are not yet able to achieve the "goal posture" either due to an injury or other physical limitations. Synchronizing breathing and movement warms the body internally, heating the blood so that it circulates more freely. This improved circulation relieves joint pain and removes toxins and disease from internal organs.
Body Sculpt: Need a full body workout? This class provides a challenge whether you’re beginning a resistance program or have been strength training for years. You’ll use all types of equipment to tone, strengthen and balance your body. You’ll have fun while focusing on core strength, flexibility and functional training.
Body Shop: A cardio warm-up followed by a strength training session using a variety of tools including free weights, weighted bars, bands, and balls. Finish your workout with an abdominal and back strengthening session.
Boot Camp: A little bit of everything. Come burn those calories while doing functional training, core training and other calorie burning activities. You’ll LOVE this workout.
Cardio Funk Conditioning: An integrated cardiovascular
workout that includes energetic dance movements and other heart
pounding segments.
Cycle Express: A quick cardio cycling workout that fits perfectly into your lunch break.
Cardio Fusion: Need a great cardio workout, but hate using machines? Come join us for The Fusion! We’ll incorporate all forms of cardio so you’re guaranteed not to get bored! Step, Jump Rope, Kickboxing, Dance…nothing‘s off limits!
Cycling: An indoor cycling class designed to burn calories, increase muscular endurance, and improve cardiovascular (heart-lung) function. Whether you ride outside or just want to cross-train, this class is a perfect fit for anyone looking for a great workout.
Deep Flow Yoga: Vinyasa or ‘Flow’ Yoga is the union of prana (breath) asana (posture) and intention. Each pose is linked with transitional movements, creating a flowing, vigorous practice. ‘Deep Flow’ combines movement cycles with held postures to develop focus, open and strengthen the body and breath, and create present moment awareness. Some postures are repeated and explored from the inside out to challenge the practitioner and deepen their experience.
Gentle Yoga: (Beginner to Intermediate class) This class is based in an open and compassionate approach to the practice of Yoga. Deep, mindful, breath-inspired movements lead to restorative, held postures. With gentle asana sequences we cultivate a more fluid and sensitive body/mind and receptive relationship to the present moment.
Hatha Yoga: A guided journey through breathing, muscular length, strength and balance. Designed to enhance your mind/body experience, reduce stress, and increase your energy levels.
Hatha Flow Yoga: Classical Hatha Yoga in a flowing sequence within a non-competitive environment. Suited to all bodies at all yoga levels. We create strength, flexibility, balance and endurance while simultaneously drawing our attention inward. Effectively working all parts of the body while quieting the mind.
Interval Strength: Come try resistance training, mixed with cardio and plyometric intervals, to increase strength and endurance. A challenging class with sports-specific movements and options for intensity! All fitness levels welcome!
March Ahead: A Phase III medically directed cardiac rehab class that will also serve members with hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, obesity, arthritis, and mild fibromyalgia. Members participate at their own pace, based on their individualized exercise prescription.
March Ahead Advanced: A Phase III medically directed cardiac rehab class for higher function members who can perform a longer and harder format. Members participate at their own pace, based on their individualized exercise prescription. (If you are currently a cardiac patient, you must be pre-approved by the cardiac rehab medical staff prior to attending class.)
March Ahead Aqua: A Phase III medically directed cardiac rehab class for those who need a low impact activity. Appropriate for members with hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, and obesity. This class takes place in the lap pool which offers a low impact environment. Members participate at their own pace, based on their individualized exercise prescription.
Mat Pilates: The primary focus of this class is to enhance posture and core strength. You will get a full body workout that improves your balance and flexibility, while you strengthen and tone your core. Come join our expert instructors as they guide you through this fun and dynamic class.
Nia: Nia combines a diverse blend of Eastern and Western movements, concepts and philosophies from the worlds of healing arts, martial arts, and dance. Students range from people who are enthusiasts of dance and movement to people who have never exercised or danced before. Whether you are an athlete looking for cross training options, or simply interested in a new challenge to progress through a workout plateau, this class is a perfect fit for all skill levels.
Power VinyasaYoga: (Not recommended for beginners.) Power vinyasa yoga is a system designed to detoxify the body and mind through an internal heat that builds during the practice. Vinyasa (breath movement system) is accomplished by linking each movement with either an inhale or exhale and stopping in poses only to continue the rhythmic breath.

Tae Kwon Do: The study of Tae kwon-do begins by building a solid foundation of simple, effective and fundamental self-defense skills. Benefits include self-discipline, self-confidence, cardiovascular strength, muscular toning, enhanced balance and improved coordination.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art known for its slow motion, flowing postures. David's everyday approach to teaching Tai Chi comes from learning and practicing in the parks of New York, San Francisco, and Hangzhou. As an instructor, he strives to facilitate proper Tai Chi principles which lead students to discover the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of developing their own practice. Everyone is welcome regardless of age or ability.
Vinyasa Yoga: It is an energetic, aerobic style of yoga. Vinyasa yoga defines a set of postures always done in the same order, which are combined with specific breathing patterns. The purpose of vinyasa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility.
